For the £12 million redevelopment of a Grade II listed building at 5-7 Giltspur Street in the City of London, which included a challenging façade retention, our project manager was shortlisted for the Construction Manager of the Year Award from the Chartered Institute of Building.

On the refurbishment of Harborough District Council’s Grade II listed offices in Leicestershire, a complex town centre project with façade retention, Willmott Dixon’s excellent logistics management secured a Bronze Award from the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
