The scope of our refurbishment work takes in all sectors, including housing, health, education, law and order, offices, retail, hotels and leisure.

Our in-house project teams and supply chain have the expertise and experience to manage the challenges of refurbishment work, which can include structural alterations and reconfigurations, and tricky logistics.

Refurbishment projects often mean working in live environments, where we have to plan the work around neighbouring businesses or residents. We understand the sensitivities of such projects, and we employ liaison officers to ensure the refurbishment proceeds smoothly and causes minimal disruption to neighbours and other stakeholders.
