We are currently recruiting for an Asset and Licensing Manager, a key role sitting within our IT Department based at our Letchworth head office. The successful candidate will ensure that Willmott Dixon’s software licence entitlement position and deployment position are understood and managed and that cases of under-licensing and non-usage are identified and resolved.

The role will be responsible for advising on the purchase and use of software, in each case in order to minimise expenditure on software and risk of non-compliance with licences, and to maximise return on investment in software.

The main purpose of the role is to maintain the project filing system and prepare documents for storage/archiving as appropriate. Reporting to the Pre Construction Manager, the successful candidate will support team members in maintaining the smooth running of the administration function as well as liaising with the Pre-Construction Manager, Design Team and Commercial Manager. Supporting both the preconstruction and operations teams, the main role of a Planner/Planning Engineer at Willmott Dixon is to complete the planning process with a high degree of commercial acumen and skill, whilst producing tender plans and programmes that are precise and informative.

In doing so you will be preparing tender planning reports that highlight key planning and programming elements of the project. Whilst having an approach that actively seeks opportunities for innovation during preparation, you will also be responsible for the preparation of informed tender programmes that utilise known outputs and sequences.
