Willmott Dixon Construction are looking to recruit an Apprentice Administrator to join our supportive, forward thinking business based in Hitchin. In this role you will learn to provide office and administration services and support to the Digital Team. The main role of an Apprentice Administrator is to be a key point of contact for internal and external customers. You will deliver an effective and efficient administration service and ensure that company databases and systems are maintained and fully up to date. As part of this role you will also prepare, collate and provide all necessary supporting documentation for meetings and appointments, type and distribute internal meeting minutes and appointments, support team members in maintaining smooth running of the administration function, support other members of the wider administration team, organise and service relevant regular and adhoc meetings as well as supporting our commitment to sustainability.
