We're pleased to have been named Regional Winner of the Gatsby T Level Employer of the Year at today's National Apprenticeships and Skills Awards.
The award recognises employers that put industry placements at the heart of their business. For us, that means colleagues across Willmott Dixon giving their time to mentor and support young people at the start of their careers.
Since 2023, we've hosted hundreds of T Level students on site-based, office-based, online and college-led placements, helping them build confidence, gain practical skills and see the range of careers construction offers. Many have since joined us as apprentices and management trainees.
Thank you to our education partners, project teams, supply chain partners and social value colleagues who make these placements possible, and to the students themselves, whose enthusiasm and ideas are what make the programme worthwhile.
We'll represent the East of England at the national finals in November.
