Willmott Dixon's sustainability business Re-Thinking beat off stiff competition to win the ‘Employee Engagement’ trophy at the annual BusinessGreen Awards.
The judges praised ‘Everybody plays a part’ – the sustainability training which was rolled out at the end of last year – for the way it delivered important sustainability messages to employees in a variety of locations across the country – some of whom have limited access to computers.
