As a specialist in housing since 1974, Willmott Dixon builds over 1,700 homes each year in the public, private and care sectors as well as student accommodation.

Our homes come in all shapes, sizes and scale, from standalone 90-unit care homes and 18 storey high-rise developments to multi-phase new estates that create a new ‘destination’ for communities.

Our projects range in value from £3 million to £60 million with each one having the same focus on quality and attention to detail.

Our diverse client base includes local authorities, registered providers, not for profit organisations, higher and further education providers, house builders and private developers.

We are the ‘contractor of choice’ for our two internal developers, Prime Place (Residential Development) and be:here (Private Rent). Approximately a third of turnover is generated through working for these two companies.
