The programme, in collaboration with Cambridge University, involves a number of our women being selected each year as a cohort to take part in a series of live and virtual learning and training modules to nurture their potential so they can become our leaders of the future.

Many of those who have completed the year-long programme have since moved into director roles, as part of our aim to increase the proportion of women in senior positions across Willmott Dixon.

This is just one part of our focus on diversity and inclusion (D&I) where we aim to achieve gender parity across all parts of the company by 2030. We believe D&I is essential to our future growth and also that of the construction industry, creating an environment where complementary teams thrive and helping our industry to attract the very best talent from all sections of society so we can deliver the very best project outcomes for customers.
