Fit out of No 4 The Square, Stockley Park
First non-domestic refurbishment and fit-out to achieve 2014 BREEAM Excellent rating
This Willmott Dixon Interiors project at Legal & General's Stockley Park was the first non-domestic refurbishment and fit-out project to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
No 4 The Square, Stockley Park was one of 12 projects to pilot the new rating system from the Building Research Establishment, and was therefore instrumental in helping to define the standard.

Willmott Dixon was appointed to refurbish all core areas of the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, a total of over 80,000 sq ft. The scope of works involved bringing the services of the property up to modern, Grade A office standards, through the upgrading of heating, ventilation, cooling and lighting services to category A fit-out standard.
The work also included creation of a new two-storey entrance atrium, upgraded common areas, and revamped toilet facilities.
