Our Interiors team took home the Excellence in Outreach award for their work reaching out to NEETs in Waltham Forest to help provide them with opportunities to upskill and gain work in the construction industry.
It's part of our project with the London borough to refurbish EMD Cinema into a major new cultural attraction on the high street called Soho Theatre, which will attract new footfall and provide a major boost to the local economy.
As part of this major project, we set up a training academy and worked with young people in the borough to help improve their live chances and support social mobility among those who face barriers to finding jobs.
