Willmott Dixon is a privately-owned contracting and interior fit-out group. Chief executive Rick Willmott is the fifth generation to lead our business, which was ranked the 42nd largest private company in the UK by the 2017 Sunday Times Top Track list.

We are behind important projects like a new home for the Met Office supercomputer, fit-out of the Design Museum and restoring Alexandra Palace to its former glory. Our passion is to create spectacular outcomes for our customers in the knowledge that our projects have a huge beneficial impact for the UK's economic growth and prosperity.

Being a large company means we can create a huge and lasting positive impact on our society. This is not only done through what we build and maintain; it’s achieved through the fantastic efforts of our people who make a major contribution to enhancing their local communities.

Each year we invest £2.5 million to improving the wellbeing of local communities, and this was recognised in 2017 by the Sunday Times which awarded us its top Giving Something Back award.

Our contribution to sustaining growth in communities was underlined by being the only company in our sector to win a Queen's Award for Enterprise for sustainable development. We followed that up by becoming the only contractor to be recognised with a CommunityMark from Business in the Community.
