Launch your career in construction with our Graduate and Degree Apprenticeship programme within our Construction South region. You will be working from both our offices in Weybridge and on exciting construction projects across South London and the South East so you will need to be open to travel.

Our programme is 2 to 5 years in duration (depending upon your level of academic achievement upon entry) and will give you the chance to earn, learn and gain real experience alongside a part-time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon.

Starting in September 2027, we have opportunities in the following disciplines:

Quantity Surveying: You role is about managing the costs of a project on site. This will include preparing tender and contract documents, weighing up commercial risks, procuring the best supply chain and managing payments for completed work.


Design Management: You will overview, monitor and report on design programmes, and provide technical support to the bid process. In addition, you will be supporting the development of designs that utilise innovative techniques on multiple/complex projects.


Site Management: You play a vital role in turning plans into reality, leading the safe and efficient delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Essential Criteria


  • Right to work in the UK.

  • 5 GCSE’s grade 4/C or above including English, Maths and Science (or equivalent)

  • Have a valid driver's license.

  • All applicants must have a minimum level 3 qualification by September 2027. Such as A-Level, T-Level, BTEC or equivalent.

  • For graduate roles, you will need to be degree qualified by September 2027.

  • (Desirable) You have had some exposure to construction (work experience, placement or similar).
