Our ambitions

  • To leave a lasting legacy in communities, helping them to thrive and prosper by enabling and creating a sustainable built environment
  • To inspire young people, particularly those who are socially excluded, by providing opportunities for them to improve their lives
  • To add social value to the communities in which we work that is aligned to local needs Gender parity in our business by 2030

Our target

  • To contribute at least 6,185 to the Willmott Dixon Foundation target of having enhanced the life chances of 10,000 young people, compared with 2012
