The industry is quickly adopting a more digitally-centric and regulated approach. So, future roles will likely blend technical ability (like digital modelling), regulatory awareness (like carbon emissions literacy) with traditional soft skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and communication. There are plenty of introductory documents that can be found online from the likes of RICS for the technical part. For soft skiils, evidence of social activities like a group hobby or a team sport is an excellent start.
