Whilst at Willmott Dixon as year out student you will join our trainee programme and will receive:

  • Competitive Salary

  • Laptop

  • Training

  • Travel Expenses

  • The chance to be involved with flagship Projects

Willmott Dixon recruit to a Management Trainee scheme annually and if all goes well in your year out placement there is a strong chance you could be invited to join this scheme upon graduation.
