Working on a varied pipeline of fit-out and refurbishment projects, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, customers, consultants and supply chain partners to help secure and convert opportunities.
As the successful Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects during the preconstruction phase, setting strategy, managing programmes, coordinating teams and ensuring successful progression through to contract award.
You’ll work closely with planners, estimators, design managers and operational colleagues, helping shape successful bids while balancing programme, quality and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with commercial teams to support profitable outcomes.
- Ensure accurate reporting and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in project management, preconstruction or bid delivery within construction or interiors.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of tender processes and procurement routes.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
