Stewart Brundell

Stewart became COO of our Construction company in September 2025. Prior to that, he was MD for our North London and the Eastern Home Counties region.

Stewart started with our company as management trainee in the 1980s and went on to became our first ever Trainee of the Year, an annual award that recognises the contribution of those at the start of their careers. His promotion through our business reflects an ethos that our people should enjoy a career of a lifetime when working at Willmott Dixon.

Stewart has served in several senior operational roles during his career with us, and has a passion for operational excellence and achieving high customer standards that is a key reason why so many customers choose us again and again

During his team as a regional MD, Stewart was responsible for major regeneration schemes like the Gascoigne neighbourhood renewal in Barking for Be First, as well as the complex renewal of property such as creating TBC London for Fore Partnerships as one of London's most sustainable office environments.

Stewart was also instrumental in us being appointed to the University of Cambridge's capital works framework, and in delivering several large regeneration-based projects for Westminster CC, such as nearly 200 homes at Harrow Road, which followed our work at Dudley House to create more affordable homes for Londoners.
