Matthew is National Head of Development (Investment and PBSA) Willmott Dixon Developments and leads development and regeneration activity across London, the South East and the South of England. He works with customers, local authorities and partners to shape and deliver development opportunities, supporting projects from early strategy through to delivery.
With more than 35 years' experience spanning commercial, construction and development roles, Matthew brings a strong understanding of project viability, risk and delivery. His expertise includes grant funding, development strategy, planning and partnership working, helping customers unlock complex schemes and accelerate progress. His portfolio includes major regeneration projects in Great Yarmouth, Dover, Weymouth and Ollerton, bringing forward developments that create long-term value for communities and places.
