Francesca Wilkinson

Francesca is an expert in energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and reducing the performance gap. She works with customers to understand their sustainability aspirations, their challenges, and helps to provide a way forward.

She has been the driving force behind best-practice in net-zero carbon in operation building designs, has helped customers to identify and close performance gaps by over 12%, and has supported a customer with the creation of a science-based embodied carbon guide for their whole estate.

Francesca is also helping to shape future industry standards more broadly. She is part of the 'reporting, disclosure and verification' steering group dedicated to shaping the new 'UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard' that is set for release in 2025.
