Willmott Dixon to deliver 100 affordable homes in Rugby
The £22m scheme will see the creation of 100 new sustainable homes
Marika is Regional Head of Land and Development for the Midlands at Willmott Dixon Developments. She leads the team's work across the region, supporting customers to shape, fund and deliver regeneration and development projects that create lasting value for communities.
A Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (MRICS), Marika brings more than 20 years' experience working across regeneration, funding and development strategy. Her experience includes working with organisations such as Homes England and the West Midlands Combined Authority, as well as supporting local authorities to secure funding and bring forward regeneration opportunities.
At Willmott Dixon Developments, she works with customers to structure projects, develop strategies and align investment to support delivery. Her experience includes projects such as Ambition Arnold and Gedling Town Centre, bringing forward proposals that deliver new public assets and long-term value for local people.
