"Becoming a finalist shows flair and skill. Winning a category is a sure sign of inspiring leadership. Scooping the top award demonstrates that the winner is amongst the very best of their generation. Due to the exceptionally high standards of the judging process project managers who reach the CMYA UK finals are invited to become a Chartered Construction Manager, or Chartered Builder, without undergoing our Professional Review, subject to recommendation by the judges. It is a fast track to CIOB membership (MCIOB)."
