Willmott Dixon’s repair and maintenance company Willmott Dixon Partnerships has been given an eleven month contract worth £3.3 million to deliver repairs and voids maintenance services to 6,955 homes owned by The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s Tenant Management Organisation.
The contract was awarded after the service provided by the customer’s previous provider came to an end and will see Willmott Dixon deliver services for eleven months with the possibility of a six month extension. The company is already active in West London, where it provides repairs and maintenance to homes owned by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
Willmott Dixon Partnerships managing director Mick Williamson said, “We are delighted to be given the opportunity to show the Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation our unique approach outlined in the ‘Transformational Change’ paper we published last year. This focuses on how an outsourced company can deliver a real step change in service as well as creating major legacy benefits through skills training, apprenticeship investment and community engagement.”
