New laboratory space focuses on sustainability while increasing teaching capacity at the Mile End Campus.
Willmott Dixon has followed up its appointment to create 11,500m2 of new teaching space at the London School of Economics by being chosen by renowned education organisation City & Guilds to create a new office in Giltspur Street, Clerkenwell.

It’s another central London project for Willmott Dixon’s team of commercial specialists, with the company also fitting-out new retail space over four floors for leading fashion brand McQ in Dover Street and creating a new spa for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge.
Other Willmott Dixon projects in the capital include the £86million Woolwich Central for Tesco develop Spen Hill and new estate regenerations in Bermondsey and Tottenham.
