Kanvas, the commercial interior design specialist of Willmott Dixon, has been chosen by Frankfurt-based financial services firm EFG Financial Products to design and fit-out their newly acquired office at 55 Wigmore Street in London.
The office will become EFG’s centre of operations in their continued expansion in the UK and across Europe and Kanvas is working closely with EFG’s managing director to deliver their detailed interior requirements. The role also includes managing the client’s existing European supply chain.
This turnkey service will ensure EFG can concentrate on their core business while the interior design, building work and landlord liaison is managed by Kanvas to ensure a smooth relocation and occupancy.
Kanvas’s pre-construction manager, Ian Meaton, says, “We are excited about bringing our design ideas to life and providing a new working environment for EFG Financial Products. We hope this is the beginning of a long-term relationship between Kanvas and EFG.”
John Murphy of EFG added, "We were impressed by the Kanvas team’s energy and enthusiasm for this project from our first meeting and their ability to commit the right level of experienced resource to enable us to meet our tight time schedule."
