We built Gateford on the site of the famous Old Vinyl Factory for developer Be Living to provide 119 homes for private rent.
From pressing the albums of some of the biggest names in popular music, the place now provides a lovely living environment for people who want quality and reliability when renting.

Interestingly, the development was funded for a large pension fund thanks to Invesco Real Estate (IRE), the global real estate investment manager, which made Gatefold its first investment in the UK build to rent sector.

It will see Invesco's investment partner own the 119 buils to rent homes units in a popular part of Hayes, West London, including the site’s freehold, while developer Be Living will manage the lettings and service under its strict quality guidelines.
We completed Gatefold at the end of 2016, and Be Living now provides the investor with a long-term revenue income.
