Our development skills are creating over 100 homes in one of the most upcoming parts of Westminster, packed with some of London’s best independent shops, restaurants, and bars.

These skills will also give Westminster City Council a new leisure centre, cross-funded by the mixed-use development that will see a thriving new community created in 2018 by our residential development brand Prime Place with support from our construction team.


Moberly Leisure Centre, above, will provide Westminster residents with a state of the art facility at no cost to the council.

Cross-funding new leisure facilities

In total, this project sees our residential development specialists Prime Place, working in partnership with Westminster City Council through Scape Group's Major Works framework, cross-fund the delivery of two new leisure centres for the council; the larger Moberly scheme and another in nearby Jubilee. The work to build the leisure centres is procured via Scape.

This will provide a 37% increased sports provision for the area and much needed modern facilities. It will mean residents will soon benefit from new leisure facilities that have not cost Westminster CC taxpayers anything.

Prime Place, Kensal Rise

The Moberly development when complete will be called Prime Place, Kensal Rise; a collection of beautifully designed one and two-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom townhouses built around a new sports centre, Moberly, which replaces an outdated facility.

Work is also ongoing at the Jubilee development.

It will provide a great location when complete for the demands of modern city living, with homes arranged around a beautifully landscaped roof garden and many benefiting from a large balcony or private terrace.
