Site Administrator/Document Controller

We are looking for a Site Administrator to join us for approximately 24 months to play a key role in supporting our site team on student accommodation project in Stafford. As a Site Administrator you will provide an effective and efficient administration support to the project, ensuring that Willmott Dixon always maintains a professional image.


The key responsibilities:



  • Be a key point of contact for internal and external customers, clients and consultants

  • Prepare, collate, update and provide all necessary documentation.

  • Ensure that company databases and system are maintained and fully up to date

  • Co-ordinate the flow of project documentation as the focal point of contact for all internal and external account enquiries and activities

  • Update all relevant people information after morning site inductions

  • Support site meetings and workshops by preparing rooms and refreshments

  • Chase up drawings and documents that need approving, all file names and structures are accurate to ensure we are complaint

  • Support with the coordination of any social value activity

Essential and Desirable Criteria

The ideal candidate:



  • A strong background in administration or document control

  • Experience of using 4projects but this is not essential

  • Have a can-do attitude and enjoy dealings with people

  • A high level of customer service

  • Able to work collaboratively to achieve results
