Prime Place was a major statement of our development intent with 181 apartments delivered in Greenwich Village as apart of a larger mixed-use regeneration scheme.
Occupying 2.2 acres of prime land adjacent to Greenwich High Road and the Docklands Light Railway station, the 181-home 11 storey apartment block provides a quality place to live close to the very heart of London.
Included in the project were 24 homes for affordable rent and 10 available for shared ownership.
